  1. Hi Dario,

     

    first of all, thanks for your work and the fast answer to my pm. I have a second question. I try to understand, what your LUA script does but i am a complet newbie in that LUA language. So what i´m asking myself, does your script send data to the GF-MCP, to bring information to the display´s of the MCP? In the past i used the gfdisplay.exe from Pete Dowson, but this worked just with the LGT module of GoFlight. If i now use your script in combination with the gfdisplay.exe i get the display´s of the MCP active and the NAV and HDG display showing the right values. So my question, should the ngxSDK2Lua itself bring information to the display´s, because if not i will try to work on the gfdisplay.ini, to get information on the rest of the display´s.

  2. I had a similar problem yesterday on a flight from LEVC to LQSA. During the flight, the RVR in LQSA has gone below the minima, so i had to divert to LDDU. Maybe my problem was, that i already programmed the approach for LQSA in the FMC. The last thing i could change was to insert a direct to ENODA (beginning of the STAR in LDDU) and delete all waypoints instead of RWY12 and Missed Aprroach in LQSA. After that i could not delete the entries for LQSA (RWY and missed approach) either on the LEGS page nor on the RTE page. The same for the INIT page, i could not insert the alternate ICAO on the destination tab. The same on the DEP/ARR page, i could see the runnways and stars for LDDU, but i could not select anything.I really would be glad if someone could tell me, how to programm the alternate approach.Greets Sebastian Barf

Hi, on a flight yesterday from LIMC to LXGB on FL350 i had a similar problem, while flying LNAV and VNAV engaged and CMD A activ, the plane began to roll to the right and i get an bank angle warning. I disengaged the AP and brought the plan manually back on track and engagend CMD A, LNAV and VNAV again and evrerything looked fine. 5 minutes later, inbound the next waypoint, the same happend. At this time i recognized a flickering of the wind strenght between 22 and 24kts. Because i use ASE and heard about problems with windchanges in combination with PMDG aircrafts, i tried to press the refresh button in ASE everytime i recognized a windstrenght flickering again and the rest of the flight i had no more problems with strange rolls and bank angle warnings, so maybe the combination between ASE and PMDG is the problem. I will have an eye on that and report what is happening the next flights. I hope my english is not to bad and you understood, what i wanted to say. GreetsSebastian Barf
