Yep..been there and done that.The password /"security " is a crock.I don't know why they make it so difficult.Microsoft couldn't give a toss about our account .Their interest is data gathering and tracking.

Yep, I get all the symbols but no action....???The other monitors are all set up via windows and are identified as such. Dunno what"s going on.

Go to the Pollypot website.They have the interface tool for the efis and mcp pro.It works a treat .Hope it works out.

Settle Petal... The frame rates go up ... as opposed to down.. I have observed this on numerous occasions. The O.P. is merely seeking any "wisdom" "as to how or why this may occur. I also look forward to any light that may be shed on this matter.

The new "manager" fixed it.

Still can't install it... "file not found'. I lodged a ticket but no response to date. Why oh why do these outfits have these "installation managers "and the like?. It's just something else that can go pear shaped.As appears to be the case here. A download link and a licence number would keep it simple. Just sayin'.

Just an update... ATS got back to me with a new link and licence. ..Terrific customer service.!!!

Glenn, Thanks again...Tried every combo to no avail. 2.06 updated ok if I recall. I have changed my computer since then so maybe the installer is having a hissy fit. Anyway I'll keep trying. I've sent an email to them ..let's see what they say. Cheers, Dan
