Hi guys,Since my MD11 (FS9 and W.7 32bits) was behaving a bit erratically, I decided to perform a fresh reinstallation via PMDG with an extension ticket.BUT I did precisely WHAT I wasn't supposed to !!Means, some months ago, as per some forums recommendations, I moved FS9 and all components to secondary disc and ERASED manually what was left to original SSD main drive. Everything worked properly for months and recently noticed erratic behavior.PMDG not listed anymore in Configuration Panel programs.When I try to perform installation of recently downloaded file from PMDG, I have on installshield wizard "installation cannot continue. your registry does not show a valid FS9 installation location"Far from being an expert on computer handling, I'm rather lost with regards to above mentioned trouble and kindly request assistance from you guys.Many thanks in adnce for your cooperation.Rgds,Jacques TOURON

Hi Guys,Been flying this magnificent PMDG product for some times and never had any trouble up to....Since a couple of days, the FMS, properly programmed, became erratic, wrong computed speeds , enormous error in distance in flight plan, wrong Opt FL's, etc.Is there any possibility to reset the system, been processing with few removal and reinstallation without any success.Any tip very welcome.Kind regards,Jacques TOURON TSC644

Trouble, in my case, came from OVERLOAD of SID's used on LFPG Mega Airport 2008 (hell of a lot)Read a post on a different forum related to this issue and deleted almost 50% of Navigraph Airac 0903 SID's issued for this airport and IT WORKED.Now, HOW many SID's to be deleted to meet PMDG MD11 tolerance is an other story and it's up to PMDG team to check it, but at least, I can use this scenery with no more FS9 crash upon SID set up.Regards,TSC644

Hi Guys,Using PMDG MD11/FS9 and x-tremely happy with it.Few days ago, purchased Aerosoft Mega Airport Paris scenery.Arrival in Paris CDG is quite perfect and the same applies with other Aerosoft or Fly Tampa sceneries, departure and arrival just fine.NOW, when departing from Paris CDG at any stand, everything is fine during FMS programmation until you depress SID push button, RESULT FS9 crashes immediately with black screen.Happens at any attempt, no matter when or having removed and reinstalled FS9, Mega Paris, etc.I have reported this to Aerosoft and no suggestion for the time except advising me to contact PMDG. !!Kind regards,TSC644

In addition to my previous post, today I decided to remove FS9 PMDG MD11 from my PC to clean up some of my messy handling, flown the last 2 days for the first time.At re-installation from PMDG site (still on for me), I couldn't beleive that once again FS9.1 was'nt there anymore (program files/FS9, etc.)BIG washing again, FS9 removed, FULL registry clean up, all lot.....bit time consuming and somehow frustratingRe-installation of FS9 + FS9.1 and set up of MD11 goes fine.Hey guys, seems very much that the bug observed by the undersigned (other reports seen in some french SIM forums) is getting through during download of THIS product.Hopefully, PMDG gets this sorted out for further potential Customers.Enjoy,TSC644

Got the roots of the trouble.Was due to the fact that the desinstallation of FS9.1 left some traces in the Windows registry.I went through a full registry cleanup and PMDG MD11 satisfactorily and successfully out of the hagar and ready to go.I surely have to reinstall the FSUIPC also after FS9.0 been reinstalled.Thanks for the advise anyway, very much appreciate.Enjoy your flights,TSC644

Hi Gentlemen, Bought this PMDG product today by download.I have an official MSFS9 product french version baught years ago.FS9.1 installed.When trying to activate PMDG MD11, second page displays :FS9 version 9.1.0.40.901 required. You only have FS9 version 9.0.030612. Pls. install FS9.1Well, I said, could it be? Removed FS9 and re-installed it plus download again of FS9.1 from MS expecting that it would be fine.Here comes : FS9.1 already installed, installation abort and MD11 remains in unusable status. I'd like to use the product.I read on this forum that PMDG does'nt provide support on cracked MS products, just fine but this is not my case and I would appreciate support on this issue.Many thanks in advance for your Kind cooperationTSC644
