Hello, In FSX SP2 my exterior textures disappear when I hit "s" (spot view) on keyboard or a dedicated button on my Logitech Extreme 3d. It seems to depend on the aircraft whether that happens or not; for example Carenado works okay, Aerosoft Airbus series disappears almost every time. I set up my GTX 980 using the Jan 2012 Nvidia Inspector guide, selecting "8xS." Not really what the culprit is. P3D seems to work perfectly i.e. no disappearing exterior textures. thanks Kenny but no luck with the change back to default. Seems this only happens with PMDG MD11. I also have PMDG 747 and readouts work fine.

In FSX my MD-11 displays such as next waypoint in the route have somehow been corrupted. The letters/symbols look like the German A umlaut. The corrupted display also shows in the altimeter readout. I'm not sure what's going on; all was fine until about two weeks ago. Would changing the font size in Win 7 be the culprit? Running Win7 Professional 64 with i7 processor. i'd appreciate any assistance/suggestions.

I am trying to install Airbus Vol 1 Deluxe on FSX. FSX already installed with several other add-on software; all run well with no problem. Install chooses correct directory where FSX is located, then aborts install, saying, choose correct location for FSX. I'm stymied! Any suggestions highly appreciated.

I installed MD-11 two days ago...great product but a persistent problem. When I want to load "cold and dark" from PMDG while FS9 is running, the screen goes dark. Also the screen went dark on final approach to Zurich in tutorial 1. Not sure if it's a problem with Win 7 or FS9 or a combo of the two. I'm running an Intel i7 3.02 Ghz with an ATI Radeon 5850 and its latest drivers. Would really appreciate the help and any suggestions. Thanks!Jerry Preston
