Hi, I have issues I never understood. First of all I have MSFS 2020 Steam edition and on my Desktop I have two shortcuts: one that says: steam://rungameid/1250410 - and one that says: Location: Flight Simulator(C:\Program Files (X86)\ Steam\Steamapps\common\MicrosoftFlightSimulator) both work and if one doesn't I choose the other. 1.Why two shortcuts? 2. The second problem is recent: I have the Simulator on an ssd drive called MSFS2020(F:) on drive F and another I installed recently called FS 2020 (H) which is on an M2 drive. This latter one I created copying the community folder and the Official folder in the subfolder FS 2020 but if I open it there is a folder saying Program Files and openi it it has another folder called ModifiableWindowsApps, clicking on it it is void, also there is a folder XboxGames and it is void and underneath it a GamingRoot file. I have tried to cancel the Program Files, XboxGames and GamingRoot but they always show up again. There must be a problem... When I want to play on the new created FS 2020 (H:) changing the UserCfg to the right path, in this case FS 2020 it works but not in VR with Pimax Crystal (the one with batteries). There I see only alle the stars of the Univers (probably from the home menu) and hear the sound of MSFS but no other image. Sometimes though it opens the Flight when starting on the runway but it is unstable and no click can stabilise it. I also see the Menu of OpenXR Toolkit but very jittery and from there I cannot revert back by escape, I have to shut off the Desktop computer manuallly. Therefore VR is not possible. Can somebody help me figure out what could be wrong and provide solution?

Hi, have not used Auto FPS for a long time. Now using it it did not show my settings. Therefore I downloaded the newer version but it did not work (excemption warning etc) Tried to delete it and it always says to close it. How do I close it if it is not working? Then I tried to cancel in my user> Appdata>Roaming and deleted the MSFS2020-AutoFPS folder and the mobiflight-event-module Folder in my community folder (Steam) and tried to download autofps installer, but it said error. Then I downloaded the Net 7.20 and it still does not work. At the end I then restored the deletet folders COULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS and explain what to do?

Hi , had a motherboard probdem, so I want to change it and upgrade to SDD and Windows 8. See that there are many problems and before making any changes I would like to see other opinions. My idea is to leave the Window7 OS in the Bios and also an option for W.8. I have FSX installed in a separate HDD (drive G) and W7 OS on another (drive C). Now I would like to install W 8 on a separate SSD but copy also drive G (fsx) to a separate SSD together with other flight sims. In the Bios I could switch from 7 to OS 8 without loosing anything. So I could play FSX from OS 7 or 8 and choose also if I want the HDDS G or the new SSD. This would give me an opportunity to test both and then in a future cancel one and keept only the one I like most.. The only thing i would LIKE IS TO ABSOLUTELY AVOID A NEW INSTALLATION OF FSX, all add-ons, JS settings, a.s.o... Could anybody give me a hint and discuss the idea. Thanks mibo
