The Eurowings set is not bad even though it has no RJ panel. The aircraft is very good if not the best why I'm still have it installed. But I've changed the EW panel with the freeware BAe 146 panel of the panel project. The EW panel has better bitmaps but the freeware panel has much more systems realized than the EW panel. I like the freeware panel very much because of its realistic systems and the handling of the systems which is close to the real aircraft. The ISG GNS makes this set complete.RegardsManfred (EDDS)

Thank you for your reply. However what systems are missing and what type of complexity do you mean? Why should a FS panel be more complex than the real aircraft (makes no sense for me)? What is realistic for you? Just to put a photo in the background of the gauges? Most flightsimmers want realistic function of the systems and gauges. And when I compare this panel with the manual, you could find it here. Maybe you're right. I know that the newer BAe 146 from this project has some more systems realized. Nevertheless such a comment about the quality is misplaced for me. I have massive respect for all freeware designers who spend hours, months and years in their work and in the end they share it with others. But if you think you could do something better than okay. But take care. You try to compete with one of the 5 best freeware panels so you have my respect even though it's a project.Best RegardsManfred

Hi, Sorry, but what systems du you miss in the BAe 146 panel from www.baepanelproject.com ? I use the panels from there now since a very long time and I'm also in contact with a lot of German BAe 146 pilots (Eurowings) but I never hear something like that. As a 146 pilot you should admit that you could compare the handling of the panel systems with them of the real BAe 146 aircraft. I was in contact with Matthias in his forum and by Mail very often and I know that programming such systems need a lot of experience and years of work. Now you would like to do it? Lets talk about that in three years to see what you've done. It seems to me that you've checked another panel.Best RegardsManfred (EDDS)
