Patrick you were right!Guys I managed to fix it! Aparently I had to start the NGX base pack first, and then go and load the 600/700.When I loaded the base pack it asked me imediately for the activation code, and then everything was working as it should!!Thanks Y'all

Andrea thanks for the help, I apreciate it, but wouldn't un-installing it rid me of all these problems? I mean thats what I did, and so I have sent a ticket to PMDG to see if they got something on this!!! I will let you guys know what and if they come up with a solution!!Cheers

My problem here in starting the engines is that I cannot get the Ground Power to feed the airplane, nor will the APU start up for that matter! So without neither there is no way I can get to that step of turning the engines on... and I "DO" Follow Check lists

I made sure to delete all PMDG files after un-install and saved only the FLIGHTPLANs...I guess that's what I'll have to do!! Thanks

Yeah I did install SP2, but on the other hand I was not prompted for the activation code on re install. I also can't get it up and running using external power, I activate external power on the FMC but can't seem juice up the plane with it! I am starting to believe it might be activation problem aswell because I have started this plane so many times and have never had this problem. Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

Yeah ok, But in my case I am starting the plane from a COLD AND DARK state, I have gone to the extent of uninstalling the whole NGX and installing it again, but still the problem persists!!!

What covers do you refer to? I don't seem to be able to hold down the switch in START, I have never had to do that before!!! These problems all started after I formated my PC and re-installed everything!! :(Leo

I know that much, the APU does not spool up, I do allow it to start, I'm not using ground sources at all, Air Conditioning packs are off!!!I'm starting from COLD AND DARK!!! Still the problem persists!!!

I'm also having APU starting problems, LOW PRESSURE lights up and can't even get ground power to start up engines, and have reset all failures, went to the extent of un-installing and re-installing but still the problem persists... Please help me, I NEED TO FLY!!!Leandro
