Solutions

  1. bobterri's post in No ILS 30L KSJC was marked as the answer   
    Turned out to be a downloaded KSFO package that was causing the problem at KSJC.  
     
    I removed the KSFO package and everything worked right at KSJC.
     
    Thanks for all who helped.
