The Aircraft is a Citation....my buddy didn't finish the aircraft before we left on a one year trip.... and even at slow speeds the problem occurs

I'm currently having a problem with an aircrafts suspension. When I make turn on the ground, the wings dip way too low and makes the flying experience un-real.Is there something I can adjust in the aircraft.cfg file or is it something in the model..(which means I can't do anything about it)

can I use the Airport Design Editor (ADE) in FS9??

Thanks for the reply Ronzie, I'm going to awnser you questions/suggestions in blocks.1. The Aircraft I'm refering too is actually the Dash8-300, so its not working on 32.2. I'm using the CanUk Scenery by Adam Bentley and the WOAi flight plans3. The Runways 32-14 are open for takeoff and landing. One problem I did find was that the center line was designatedas a taxi line rather then runway 14-32. I have a feeling that this is the problem. But 14-32 is also taxiway C, is there away in AFCAD to have a runway as a taxiway?4. Would there be a step by step with pictures on how to do the star technique?5. Hello all, attached is a picture of CYSJ. As you can see, there are two runways, 5-23 and 32-14. The default runway used is 5. If the wind changes to 220, runway 23 is used without problem. However, is the wind is 310 and runway 32 is assigned, the aircrafts will just disappear from the gate. Any explanation on why this is? Also, I was wondering is someone had an easy step by step instruction guide on how to make ALL RUNWAYS open to landing and take off. As you can see in the picture, runway 5 is the less convenient runway.

I just wanted to add that is I pause the game, click the weather tab, reduce the visibility to 1/2 a mile, click ok, you see fog in the game. But as soon as I unpause the game, the fog goes away

Ok, I upgraded to 9.1 and did what the other forum said with the weather.dll. However, now if I setup the weather for 1/2 mile visibility, there no fog.....

Mad Dog, If you feel that way... fine. We can debate this like downloading music....some people think its ok, and other dont. You don't have to agree with us.Anyways, there was a guy out there making repaints..... dunno what happen to him. But if anyone feels up to the challenge, I'm sure I can come up with some ideas.

wonder which one is more accurate? Have you tried with and without the setting?

Hello All,So my question is regarding the downloading weather option in FS9. In the weather setting, there is an option that reads:- Download winds aloft data with real world weather.My understanding of this is that it will download the upper winds with the weather. However, if I download with this option check, the weather is completly different then when its not check....Any ideas to why this is?

Thanks for the help Napamule!Its too bad about the light on the XLS... I made some changes to the exterior light effect and added interior lights....It would be nice to make an alpha (I think thats what you call the night texture:P) for the 680..... and some more repaints! :(

Chuck,Thank you!!!! It fixed the problem! I knew there was someone out there that could help! I agree with you that there are a few other things that should be changed, but as you mentioned.... its a freeware model so we should just be happy we got it. On the Citation XLS+, there are two lights on the horizontal stabilizer. My understand from looking at picture online is that they are not strobes like in the model but white lights that opperate with the navigation lights. I looked in the aircraft.cfg and didn't find them there. Would you know where I can edit them? Are they something to do with the actual model?

So what would be the solution? Could we use the XLS+ air file?

Where there's so few business jets I would rather try to get this one to work properly... :(

Where this problem only happens with this particular aircraft.... there must be an adjustment that can be done....

Happy to hear someone else had this problem!!!lolWhen did it start shaking for you? at 1500 feet at 250knots the plane shakes for me and the over speed warning isn't present..... is there something that has to be changed in the aircraft.txt?

It is set at indicated airspeed. Any other ideas?

With the Citation though it takes place at 250knots....which is under the over speed of 330knots

There have been other models that have had this problem...but its only been in overspeed......but I was talking to a friend and he had the same problem.....

Really???? that sucks for me!lol He made an XLS+ too, no problems with that one. Its after 250knots that the problem starts for me. only at lower alt.....

When you say the FDE... you mean the aircraft.txt?
