  1. Thanks folks your amazing, spot on. I can see everything now. Phew, no need to re-install  Now to work connecting 2nd computer to run Navigraph and sqwaukbox, fingers cross. Cheers Steven Higa from Oxford Speedbird 536
  2. I just updated to SP1c on the NGX. Now all I see is the wings and a PMDG 'box' where the front of the plane is. Cockpit view is good, plane flys normally. But when I switch to outside view it only show wings. I removed the Britsh Airways paint and re-installed it but it did not help, the stock PMDG 900 winglets are the same. I had to taxi like this. :( I don't want to re-install as I just set everything up. I've re-installed the BA Paint 3 times, no joy. Any help appriciated Thanks Speedbird 536 Steve Higa from Oxford UK
  3. Hello, Does anyone know where I can get several mini VR potentiometers for my Saitek Throttle. The spiking is horrible and I just exceeded the 2 years. Yes it is the potentiometers I've checked with a meter which shows 2 out of three are defective. Please can anyone help, I've scoured the internet. Email meThanks Steven Higa from Oxford England
  4. Use Active Sky it's greatCheers Steven HigaOxford UK
  5. Is there any way to remove or reprograming the Multi Panel to work as a generic device that can be 'seen' by FSUIPC? The Pro Flight Yoke system works with FSUIPC and so does the Pro Flight Rudder pedals. Can the Multi Panel be programmed to send a letter or number when a button is pressed, so they could be then used with PMDG aircraft. I understand that the Multi Panel won't fully work but as intended but it will at least provide some enjoyment with other better third party aircraft, rather then the rubbish default aircraft. Thanks Steven Higa Oxford England
  6. Hello again Jim,I will shy away from using the Alt key but I have to be careful as because I set up an extra key board with labels on the keys that change altitude, heading etc..I drilled 2 holes in the old spare key board and mounted it vertically just above the monitor. I plug in the key board when I fly on line. It works great as I program all the PMDG commands to the correct keys. So when I want to increase altitude fast or slow I just press the key with the labels.I got the idea from a website called Roger Doger who builds a poor mans version of cockpit. My normal keyboard works just as usual if I need to type in Sqwauk Box or other programs.By the labels are just a piece of thick paper the same size as the key and I glue the color coded symbol which I made using a simple graphic program, over the top. Symbols like a down arrow for lowering altitude and a double down arrow for lowering altitude quickly. I cover the labels with see through tape for durability. Works a treat but my wife thinks I'm crazy. Cheers Steven HigaOxford England
  7. Thanks for the advice, I got the panels that I want to working due to your advice. But for some strange reason some of the key presses using FSUIPC don't work. Why is that?Is it a conflict with another key. I use the ALT + (key) combo but for some reason some of the keys do nothing, yet some of them work fine. Thanks againSteven HigaOxford UK
  8. Hello, I just bought the MD-11 but I can't seem to assign a button press from my Saitek Pro Flight throttles to open certain panels. I have FSUIPC registered version. Is it possible the MD-11 does not recognise the button press for some reason. My PMDG 747 works great. Currently I press the throttle buttons and the panels with the (shift + number) comes up, which are not the panels I want. I would like overhead and the others up.Thank you Steven HigaOxford England
