With studying the xml.dll I have found the reason:It was simple slash in the last line under the end of the document. I removed it and everything works now.

Thanks for the information.I have removed the dll.xml into a backup folder.I started FSX and no new dll.xml appeared in the location of the fsx.cfg.I tried to choose one of the 744's and same messages are coming.The descriptions in your link I don't understand very well.Would it help if I uninstall and install both, 744 and 748?

I found nothing regarding this in the knowledge base.I found many postings in different foren, also here and they often had added a link, which is not working. The post are all older.Where do I find this dll.xml? What is risk of deleting and forcing FSX to write a new one?

Hi,after choosing the aircraft the FSX crashes.It makes no difference if the FSX is configurated for the 744 or 748.I get the following messages in follow:After it the FSX crashes and Windows is starting it new:My first thought was, uninstall and install it new. But maybe the problem is related to the FSX.

Thanks, its working. :( Yes, changing the fuel flow is not in line with the FMC data.In my opinion and a real pilot's I know, the PMDG is 100 % realistic in the systems.I only changed the fuel consumptions to have fair conditions in relation to pilots with the default.My fuel consumption is measured and I pay the double. After the problem is solved I will set it back to original. :(

I knew this question will come. :( There is only a big difference between the consumptions of the default and PMDG. I only want to balance it out until the problem is solved in my VA. You mean fuel_flow_scalar = 1.07in General Engine Data?If yes I think I try 0.5

Hi,I have read and wrote some posts, but could not get an answer which helped.I want to ged rid of this effect.1. I have switched of the momentumeffects in the aircraft.cfg and the camera.cfg2. I have disabled it in [DynamicHeadMovement] in the fsx.cfgNo success, still moving.

I have set all momentumeffects in the camera.cfg and aircraft.cfg to NO.I have changed the DynamicHeadMovement in the fsx.cfg.Nothing happened, still shaking around... :(

I always need a while to adust my pilot's seat correct. Later I must correct it several times, that can annoy.1. What is the monumentumeffect?2. Can I let my changes to NO in the camera.cfg and the aircraft.cfg?3. Can I insert the [dynamicheadmovement] despite my changes before?

I have found the reason, it is not the joystick or FSUIPC.I few things in the VC I handle with moving my head, to other panels I go with the key A.In the Pax you can go to the panel with A and activate, in the freighters not.In the freighters you must move your head in the VC, then it is possible.

TCAS and Autobrakes:The joystick I have calibrated before the new installation and after. No difference.(What has the joystick to do with it?)When I move the mouse over the panels of the TCAS and the autobrakes by the pax machines it becomes a hand and you can switch. Only in the freighters nothing happens.Now I must buy FSUIPC to get the payware aircraft 100 % functional. :( Without a guaranty of success....

Hi,I have several problems with this aircraft.1. After a new installation (newest version) the speed brakes are not visible anymore.I activate them, I can see the reaction in speed, but they are not coming out at the wings.2. A question I had, before with the older installation also, why do the freighters don't have working TCAS and the autobrakes?3. The route LPPT to HTKJ (Kilimanjaro).I have updated the navdata of the FMC and at the moment I am trying it a second time. When you enter this route, it brings you directly into a mountain.
