  1. I posted this in the Hardware section, but I wonder whether is is hardware or software compatibility problems. In my new Sandy Bridge / Win 7 Home Premium system, the analog inputs from my Extreme 3d joystick operate the stick and rudder pedals just as expected in the virtual cockpit, but the plane reacts only momentarily and very sluggishly, even with extreme inputs. I have checked sensitivities, realism, and calibration of the stick itself. It works fine on my XP system.I have the latest Logitech Profiler installed.Anyone experience this?
  2. I have an Logitech Extreme 3d joystick which works fine on my WinXP system.I built a new Sandy Bridge/REVO HYBRID Win7 Home Premium system with all the bells and whistles.I load FSX Acceleration and tried to fly. Here's what it does right....The joystick transmits all the analog inputs from the x and y axes when I am in virtual cockpit mode.Rudder pedals and stick operate as expected. All the buttons seem to work.I know how to calibrate the stick, and I know how to adjust the sensitivities and nulls.I can set the realism settings from easy to hard. All to no avail. Here's the problem..........The plane itself does not fly or react even though the pedals and stick work OK???!!?@##!!!If I operate the ailerons, the plane (DC-3) rocks in the right direction, but only for a few seconds thensettles back into level flight. The fsx.cfg file was only adjusted to accommodate my wide 16x9 aspect ratio monitor.Any thoughts?
