    Hello, I have purchased the Box version of the 737 NGX. I believe this is version v1.00.3219. How do I download the newer update since I did not download it from your site. I have a account at PMDG. I am using box version with service pack 2 FSX. Dave in Alaska

    I have purchased the box version of the 737-NGX and can not intall it with my code because Incident #0236-72421 ...it is denied. I just re-installed windows on raid so I had to do everything all over. Like many always trying to get best results. How can I have this resolved. email? a rest? any topics on this? Dave
