  1. Thanks for your answers. Yes, I am aware of that. I run through the whole process REQUEST PERF INIT - REQUEST RTE DATA - REQUEST DES FORECAST, but wx.pln is not created. Actually, I am not sure if "Download winds aloft data with real-world weather" is checked in my settings. I'll see when I am back from work later today. I didn't pay attention to it because I use ActiveSky and am not interested in FSX default weather. Could it be necessary for this export to work? Thanks, I know about it, but in terms of creating WX.PLN i can't see, how this can help. I tried changing this setting with no luck.
  2. Hi, folks. First of all I'll take my chance to say "thank you" to PMDG team for such amazing products as 777X and 737NGX - I can't have enough of them - and wish them good luck in their tremendous efforts to make the world of flight simulation a better place. My question is about automatic export of the active FMC route into FSX format file (wx.pln) by PMDG 777. As I understand it, the only condition that has to be met for it to happen when I send requests for the forecast data, is the option "FSX PLN FILE FOR WXR" set to "CREATE FILE (WX.PLN)" (I know that there are following steps like exporting this file to the weather addon and so on, but I am having problems with this very first one). But it doesn't seem to happen.. I can't find that file in My Documents\Flight Simulator X files or anywhere else. I want to know why - maybe it can't export some waypoint data that I have in my FMC flight plan or it can't get access to the target directory or anything else.. I know, this topic has been raised like a million times already, and I have read every possible forum and manual about it. I don't usually post anything here, I often find answers to my questions by reading manuals or searching forums but this problem is killing me, and it is the first one that I can't figure out. Any helpful thoughts will be highly appreciated.
