  1. Thanks for the reply and for the suggestion of Aircraft Analyzer. Even trying the suggestions put forth by David have not worked for me. I'm probably doing something wrong but I know not what. Question - does traffic tools automatically place the traffic.bgl folder in the main flightsim folder or the scenery-world folder or both?
  2. DavidThanks for the suggestions. I did create a "traffic_test" folder for just one flight plan, created a test.bgl, made sure it was in the scenery-world-scenery folder and idled the default "traffic.bgl". Unfortunately still no luck. I tried using a default aircraft for the same flight plan which accomplished nothing. I've checked that all the aircraft were indeed in the aircraft folder, the first time listed in a flightplan is the departure time in GMT,the airports were large enough to cope with the aircraft in question. What else do I need to do???Bob
  3. I'm using Traffic Tools to compile the Traffic file. The title of the aircraft is exactly what is in the aircraft.cfg and KSRQ is the correct spelling for Sarasota International
  4. I go to the airport, in this case KSRQ, and set the time at 05:39:58 in the GMT box which also reads 01:39:58 local time - actually I set it a couple of minutes before to note the AI airplane taxi and take off except it never appears. The plan was written into Flightplans030528.txt in the Traffic030528.bgl. I'm not sure I understand "where did I put the compiled BGL file"
  5. I have tried to create my own ai flights but the aircraft do not appear. As far as I can tell I am doing it correctly (I get no error messages). Here is an example, written it GMT with the correct aircraft title.AC#7119,N30062,95%,8Hr,VFR,13:39:58,14:21:10,040,R,9026,KSEF,18:18:56,19:00:08,040,R,9027,KSRQReplacing the aircraft with a default aircraft makes no difference. What else should I do if the flight plan is correctly written?
