Ok, I was finally able to chat with Chris. Will wait for a month. It would be nice for both parties to have some kind of a weekly updates.

Anyways, since I'm unable to contact Chris via email, I will post it here: I want my order #3149 cancelled and my money back. And Chris, you got 14 days as per the law.

I think that at this point the mods should stick a warning thread. Because it doesn't look nice and there is no excuse for such lack of any communication.

Did you receive the refund? Because looking at everything I'm considering contacting PayPal support.

People would agree to wait but this lack of communication is weird to say the least. It doesn't take too much time to reply to an email, and it even takes less to make an announcement on the forum.

5 months? This is clearly differs from what is said on the website "Orders placed now will be included in the next batch of yokes and will be ready to ship around 4 weeks from ordering." And assuming the order numbers go in order, there are 139 orders between yours and mine. I wish I'd visited the forum before ordering 😕
