    Hi I get two error messages on startup of PrecipitFX : First I get the message : "an error occur contact —censored email— with this error: -4" and when I click the OK button I get this message : "an error occur contact —censored email— with this error: -3" When I then click OK the login page shows but when I try to login PrecipitFX just returns to the login page. I use windows 7 ultimate 64bit and PrecipitFX have been working on my system before. I have tried to uninstall and did the steps on the FAQ page and removed the folders but still I can not get PrecipitFX to run. Regards Widar
