  1. We (3 of us) could not join with each other. Tried having each, in turn, creating a network (our own Network light turn green) for the others to join with but nothing worked. Is Port Forwarding required for the system creating the network? Doing this usually requires the number "6112" to appended to the join numbers. We have been using JoinFS for many months without the need for Port Forwarding. Has there been a change? We are all using v1.4.3 with P3Dv3 Frank
  2. Hi Peter, I really prefer a user count in the main window because it is a instant way to tell if everyone is connected. All it takes is a glance at the window to get the user count. No fuss, no muss. Of course you have to understand our group is only 5-6 people so it is obvious when someone is missing. For larger groups, the user count would not be of much use on the main page. It might be nice to have a selection in the Settings page to display the count on the main page as a choice. That would clean it up for those who don't want or need it but yet let guys who use it have it displayed. Again, thanks for such a terrific piece of software. Frank
  3. 1. Ref v1.1.16. I wish new updates would specify in the change log if it is compatible with previous versions. v .16 appears to be downward compatible with v .15. 2. Also, no "Users - " appear in my JoinFS window. This used to appear above the "Create" button. Is it possible this is hiding behind the "Auto Join" button? 3. Peter, thanks for a great product. We use it every Tuesday night with P3D. Frank
  4. Peter, v1.1.2 installed and the command line for -create working perfectly. One less thing to remember now. Again, thanks for the speedy response. The timing was perfect as I can use this today because tonight is our MP session and I can have JoinFS start up this afternoon. Gives the guys a chance to verify everything is working on their end. My TS2 server is on a Host DNS and the guys can connect to my TS2 and get my present IP address that way for use with JoinFS. I don't have to bother sending out my IP. Now that I have the command line command, the whole thing is totally automated for me. :-) Thank you, Peter. Frank
  5. Lookin' good Peter. Works great. Thank you very much. I really appreciate you addressing this so quickly. Frank
  6. I have set up the Windows 10 Task Scheduler to start JoinFS weekly on a certain day / time of day. This is in support of a small MP group I fly with. Is there a command I can put in the Task Scheduler to actuate the "Create" function so JoinFS not only starts up, it will run the "Create" function? Right now it starts just fine but needs the additional input from me to "create" the network. The guys can log into my Teamspeak II server and get my present IP address straight from that. No need to add extra text in TS. Bottom line: I just want JoinFS to start up and be available with no intervention from me. Peter, thank you for this program. After using FSInn for 10 years I am astounded how easy it was to use JoinFS. And the cross platform capability is amazing. We have all gone to P3D now, so that is not a feature we need but it is nice to know it is there. FSX and FSInn have been deleted from my hd. Again, many many thanks.
