    Thanks for your reply. I have just paid for the extended download. What I mean is that when I try to register on the support site, no confirmation email is sent to me (I don't receive it at least). So I can't send a ticket to request a new download link.Would it be asking too much for someone just to email me a download link?ThanksChris Saville
