Hey Folks,i hope there is anybody who can help me to fix the following issue with PMDG's Queen of the skies.After changing my OS to Win7 x64, i installed FS9 and all it's Addons, everything worked fine, until i thought to do a longhaul flight with the 747. Hitting 'alt' at the Keypad to access the taskbar on top of the screen, i might even hit the PMDG Options button, but after doing so, the screen just goes black. No chance of changing fuel or anything else within the PMDG Options. Did anyone had this problem as well, or is it again just me, who does have it? :Thinking:Any suggestions are welcomedRegards, Tom

Hey David,thank you for helping out again. In Fact it's not confusing at all. Only thing i did'nt do was to open these 3 files you've mentioned. Tried it though. But they appearrently can't be opend with notepad or any other programm. Dunno why. Anyway, i've made that Dumplist, opened MyTraffic Editor , loaded the existing traffic file. Then imported the traffic.txt and saved under a new name.After that, i moved to edit Airport, did some changes on their properties, like unchecking all hooks from the gate, ramp etc, did the opposite thing on Incheon. Then on Airline----> manage, took the ones i'd like to show up at the Airport, changed the ICAO's at the mainhub entry, saved it again, then create schedules, files and traffic, confirmed, and now it took him an hour to finish recalculating the schedules, and hey, IT WORKS!!!!!!! Hey Guys,i'm about to go grazy and do really hope that someone can help. About 5 Months ago, i've had some trouble to get VTBS running on FS9, since it was never part of the game there was no AI traffic at all. After a few days, i found some step by step tutorial here in some forum on how to get my traffic 06 to use VTBS instead of VTBD. I wrote it down back then, and guess what. I can't find it anymore. Now i've got Incheon Airport downloaded, but My traffic uses Kimpo Airport for Asiana and Korean. I've tried to schedule a new bgl, but it did not work at all. Could one of you maybe give a step by step on how to do it? Starting with the Dump Airport List. I did already changed both Airlines Hub from RKSS to RKSI but compiling take only a few minutes without any result. When i did it in January it took 4 hours to finish it. Please help.ThanksTom

Hello again David,yeah, in fact they do have an email adress i have already mailed them, but not really to my surprise they did'nt get in touch with me. Anyway, thanks for your hunch on that, it indeed had something to do with flatten. I've googled a little bit and found something after a few hours, just had to put some line at the end of the scenery.cfg and now it works just fine. Hi David,after a couple of days i've managed to get it done. But now i do have some problems with the airport scenery itself. When i create a flight starting at VTBS, the landing gear sticks into the ground. After a few meters of taxi this changes to normal. But landings aren't possible, since the plane starts to dissapear into the runway and crashes. Have you ever heard about such a problem before? And is there anything that could be done about this?

<br /><br /><br />Hi, thanks,yeah, it kinda makes sense. Though i could not tell how to decompile a traffic file. I've used Ultimate Traffic before, which imo was way more easier to work with. So you are saying that VTBD has to be removed from the airport.txt file AND from the flightplan.txt file? Where would i find the flightplan.txt? Another disturbing fact to me is, that i do not know what feature creates what result in the traffic editor because it's not really explained, unfortunatetly. I even changed the Main Hub's from Thailands Main Airlines from VTBD to VTBS, did'nt help though. Still don't know how to change departures and arrivals from VTBD to BS.MT Editor has ultiple options, like edit Aircraft, edit airport, edit airline, schedule myplans, auto schedule and and and. No explanation about anything though as i said.Just don't know

Hey Folks,i do use My Traffic 2006 since a couple of months now. Never had any problems with it until now. Here's whats going on: Yesterday i've downloaded Armi Tic VTBS Suvarnabhumi new Bangkok international scenery from simmarket. Since this Airport was never part of FS9, My traffic kinda described how to implement a new airport. VTBS now is shown in the airport list inside my traffic, BUT, the airport keeps to be empty. No traffic at all is coming in or going out. Since the manual of My Traffic about this topic is worth ######, i'm asking anyone out there, could someone give me any idea of how to get AI-Traffic to use VTBS instead of keep flying into VTBD.Any suggestions are welcomed.GreetingsTom

I'VE TESTED IT NOW FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS WITH ALL KINDS OF SCENARIOS, DENSITY ON ALL 3 SLIDERS SET TO FULL, RAIN, SUNNY, SNOW, AS I SAID, SMOOTH AS NEVER BEFORE AND NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. See if it'll work.@Bill, thought about that too in first place, but i've never checked on duplicat AFCAD's before and did'nt had trouble, but still worth a try. Gonna check on that when everything is on.@Ernie: I was reading about a lack of Ram before, that this might would cause Ctd's, but with 2GB of it, i really should be doing well. Beside of this, i don't have some stuff working in the backround, even Antivirus is off during gaming. Do have TrackIR, but use it only randomly. If i would know, what else i could turn off, i would do. Another thing that came into my mind: It's been around the same time, everytime i've approached WSSS, so maybe there was something with AFCADS for real, IF this has something to do with times.@Nam, thanks, could try, but also happened with other planes that are not equipped with TCAS.@John, thanks to you as well, if this does happen again, i'll pick them datas out of the errorbox and post them, i kinda don't get all these Numbers and Letters in there. Ok, thanks for this at the moment. Not sure about registering it, 23 bugs, i mean, back then i've paid 70€ for FS itself. Uhm, i'll might try during the next few days, maybe do a new install of everything, plus 9.1, and FSUIPC, and check for it again. As soon as i do have news, either good or bad, i'll let ya know, till then, thanks again, speak soon.

UHHHM, thanks for some ideas. How may i find out IF my FSUIPC is registered? I mean, i did'nt install it after i installed the game. I did not install FSUIPC at all, in fact i never did, since i thought it originally comes with the game. Does it not? I'm gettin confused more n more. About the traffic, well, i've tried it with Singapore even before i installed Ultimate Traffic. So only default Airlines were to see there, but it actually had the same effect. CTD. What about that 3GB switch? What exactly is it? The CTD's, well, Monitor goes black, sound will stay on for like 3 to 5 seconds, then the Windows Error box pops up, you know, the grey/white one with send error message´on the bottomline. It says a lot to be honest, but in general, FS9.exe has discovered an error and has to be closed. Hope i got that message right from german into english.Let me please know if i messed up with the FSUIPC somehow. Thanks
