  1. I'm using P3D v4.5 FSUIPC 5.153 Linda 3.1.1 and trying to trace the LVARS for the Aerosoft Airbus. Log Lua events is selected in the console window I've followed the advcie in numerous posts but the only lines I get in the console window begin with Lockheeed or General or Local: irr or even Local Name = MW_1087 ?? What am I doing wrong? thanks Geoff
  2. I've changed the assigment and can confirm that single button press engages and then disenages AP1 Is there an assignment for comm radio frequency swap? thanks, Geoff
  3. Andrew, The link above takes me to an FSLabs page; is this suitable to use with the Aerosoft airbus? Yes, I have assigned it to AP1 which works OK with a mouse click. Geoff
  4. Hello, I've been flightsimming for years but new to LINDA. I'd like to build a switch box to control some features of the Aerosoft Airbus so decided to start with a simple application---button 2 on my Sidewinder joystick to tirn the AP1 on and off. I'm using P3Dv4, the latest version of LINDA and have downloaded the Aerosoft A3XX Pro v0.6 beta file. When I press the joystick button I get a fleeting connection with the AP1 button, there's a click sound and the green LED on the FCU button makes a very brief flash. The AP doesn't engage. Where should I start looking to correct this? Thanks Geoff
  5. I’ve got 2 challenges that I hope LINDA may be able to resolve. I’ve no previous knowledge of using LINDA but have used FSUIPC for sometime. I fly the Aerosoft Airbus in FSX Steam and would simply like to put the AP on & off commands onto 2 buttons on my joystick. From what I’ve read this appears straightforward. The second requirement may not be so easy and I would welcome your views. I fly online with a group and use TeamSpeak 3 for voice communication where we have different frequencies set up for Ground, Tower, Departures etc. A plug-in is available (see http://msflights.net/forum/showthread.php?3477-SIMCOM-Auto-Switch-TS3-Channels-using-the-Radio-Stack ) which enables you to use the radio panel change over switch to flip the active and standby frequencies. This works fine in the default 737 in FSX but doesn't respond in the radio panel in the Aerosoft Airbus. Would LINDA handle this ? My operating system is Windows 10. Thanks Geoff
  6. Is anyone using VASFMC? I've been trying to master it with FS9 for sometime but have an on-going problem with speed control. I've followed the standard tutorial but find during every take off that the aircraft speed keeps on increasing and resulting in the aircraft accelerating to > 300 knots triggering the overspeed warning before I've reached 3000 ft! I've got A / THR Mode set to VASFMC and Airbus A / THR set to yes in the settings. Have I missed something else? to add to the frustrations I now have a new problem. In the standalone version both the PFD & ND displays are lost when FS9 becomes active. The image in both windows is replaced with "ATT" in red. If I kill FS9 the PFD and ND come back to normal. The PA Airbus with the Vasfmc panel suffers a similar problem with the display changing to ATT after a few seconds. Grateful for any suggestions, thanks Geoff
  7. I suffered the same problem and found this http://www.wcm.at/forum/showthread.php/pss_airbus_wie_geht_doch_gleich-51631.html?amp;p=421322It's in German; the last part of the post recommends that the NAV radio is turned off in the centre console. Frequencies for VORs can then be input via the FMC. The LOC and APPnow work for me.Geoff
