  1. In multiple landing situations, I've been told to go around due to an alleged plane being on the runway. In all instances, it turned out that there wasn't a plane "on" the runway per se. However, after checking the P2A map icons, there clearly were planes on the parallel taxiway and one holding short. I do have airborne traffic alerts set but these aircraft were on the ground as indicated by the blue icons. Could the presence of those other nearby aircraft been the culprit for the go arounds commands by ATC? If so, would turning off traffic alerts remedy it? I have the latest version of P2A and have the traffic link enabled.
  2. I saw the specs for the rig you are interested in. You might consider something a bit more powerful if your budget allows for it such as this one at the same store - http://www.bestbuy.com/site/cyberpowerpc-gamer-supreme-desktop-intel-core-i7-7700k-16gb-memory-nvidia-geforce-gtx-1070-2tb-hard-drive-120gb-ssd-black-blue/5712961.p?skuId=5712961 For $300 more, you can get a) the unlocked i7-7700K, 4.2 ghz (higher with decent overclock), b) liquid cooling and c) an SSD drive. The graphics setup uses the GTX1070. You would definitely be getting better performance especially on a CPU bound program such as FSX:SE.
  3. There's Ray Smith's KORD updates that has the new runway 10R/28L but it is for FSX. Since I don't use Prepar3d, not sure whether it's compatible but might be worth a try.
