  1. Try loading up a default aircraft in FSX. Then refuel and repair the aircraft. See if it starts. If all starts up well and everything checks out to be normal then load the NGX up. Load the panel state to your desired state. After that is all complete save the flight as default in the options page when you first fire up FSX. That same exact problem happened to me and that seemed to fix the problem. I think FSX loads the aircraft in a default mode as if the aircraft is in a permanent state of non operational for some stupid reason. Anyways hope this works for you and please drop a line and let me know how you made out with the fix.
