Hi, I just wanted to thank the PMDG developers for another great product. I bought the 737NGX last week, and I'm loving it so far. You've set the bar pretty high for realism and quality. It's the first sim product I've owned where I haven't run into several issues or bugs. For years, I put off learning how to fly virtual jets for years, but your tutorials have helped me learn the process in a way that's easy to understand. If I want to dive into it deeper, I have plenty of information to keep me busy for several more years! Speaking of the tutorials....I write software documentation for a living, so of course I'm always interested in checking out the manuals when I buy new products. The two tutorials for the 737 and the 'type rate course manuals' for the 747 are some of the most well written 'how-to' documents I've read in a long time. Other sim companies may do a great job with software development, but they can't write a single sentence that makes any sense. They throw around acronyms that not everyone may be familiar with. Or, they scatter related information in different places throughout the manual, which makes it impossible to track down a concept. Then when I ask questions on their forums, they answer, "It's all in the manual (sigh)..." I hate that. You've all done a great job of explaining new concepts and procedures.
