    Hi All.I have the PMDG 747-400X and I'm having issues with the autopilot. Some times it seems it won't do what i have setup. For example, i initiated my climb procedure, with target FL220. I had that target set in BOTH FMC and MCP altitude selector. I was running the checklists, setting up lights, etc and did not noticed the aircraft was alreay way above the FL220 (it was actually somewhere like FL280). I then changed from VNAV to Altitude Hold. That worked. But then i tried to make it go down to FL220, and it just wouldnt do it. I had to disengage autopilot, come back to desired altitude and activate it again, but still, it just was crazy. No matter what i do, it will always go up.What could be wrong ?Thanks.Walter

    Hi All.I purchased the PMDG 747 yesterday and i'm very happy with it.Thanks for all the information!I'm at work now and I didn't bring the manuals with me.     Hi.I'm willing to purchase some good realistic aircraft. I'm reading about 2 major candidates. PMDG 747-400X and 737 Pilot In Command. Both are similar price range.PMDG seems to be more realistic functionality-wise, and Pilot in comand seems more pretty graphics.From another hand, I have been reading through and it does seem that PMDG have several bugs. Many people complaining about PMDG having issues with altimeter, hanging, black gauges, etc. Is PMDG support still taking care of these issues? Are they resolved? Is there any demo/trial? Most PDMDG KB Articles are from 2010, so i wanted to make sure i will spend 54.99 on a product that will work fine on my system...I have a windows 7 box, with FSX SP1.Besides that, users that know both products, which one would you recommend?I appretiate the information.thanks.Walter Munds
