found out yesterday that for some reason I'm not in VNAV when I alter the altitude to 6000. After pressing VNAV again and then altitude intervention it works. Now I need to figure out why VNAV was off at that point :S

Hi, Did the tutorial flight several times now to get a little bit familiar with the plane. In the tutorial there is this altitude transition from 5000 to 6000 feet at page 64. There it's said to switch the altitude on the MCP to 6000 and press Altitude Intervention. Whenever I push that button after I set the MCP altitude to 6000 nothing happens. Am I missing something here? Pipster

And solved myself, seemed I forgot reinstalling servicepack 2 for FSX after my clean FSX install. Stupid me :) /me is off flying this beauty!

Hi, I just installed the PMDG 737 NGX and I run into some problems,In the pinned posts there is spoken about known issues as 'Activation window not appearing' and 'Panel freezes'. what does the activation window mean, you need to activate the plane after installing? Cause I never saw anything that looked like an activation window.When I load the plane as said in the tutorial, I enter a cold & dark vc instead of one with everything running as it should be according to the tutorial. The only thing I can do is click on the pedestal to lower it, all other clickspots don't work. Is this what is meant with panel freeze? I hope it's not cause I got a plane not working now it seems and according to the pinned posts it's something that is being worked on :( Pipster
