  1. Trans World Virtual Airlines Updates Flight Schedules Trans World Virtual Airlines has begun the process of updating their flight schedules. TWVA will complete this process in four stages. The goal is to bring back more TWA tradition using real-world flight schedules thus giving our pilots more flights to choose from over an array of aircraft. The four stages to update the flight schedules are as follows: Stage 1: Prop Era of TWA – Includes aircraft such as the Connie, Martin 404, and DC series. Completed!!! Stage 2: Jet Era of TWA – Focusing on Boeing 707, Boeing 727, Convair 880, Lockheed Tristar L-1011, and Boeing 747 classics. Stage 3: Latest schedules in which TWA operated. Focus on more of the modern aircraft. Stage 4: Cargo schedule to give freight haulers more options to fly their favorite cargo aircraft. Many flights will be added to TWVA’s flight schedules. Come join us in the virtual skies!!! http://fly-twva.com/

  3. EasternRookieI would acknowledge you by name but since you decided to hide behind your little screen name after your uninformed attempt of an attack, I don't know to whom I am speaking. For the record, the original post was from a hub manager of our virtual airline but this post is being wrote by our CEO, Charlie Ford. Hey, nice to meet you! I have taken a few days to respond to this so that I would do so in a much better way then I planned to when I read your response. I find it funny how you came on the offensive yet are so misinformed and opened yourself up that I cant believe I let your post get to me. For starters, I find it funny how you accuse us of keeping such a close eye on you but yet you knew which hub manager posted the original message without even mentioning their name in the post. Hmm... that is such a HUGE coincidence wouldnt you say!?You accuse us of stealing from Eastern and gave a good effort but lets help put that at ease and right the many wrongs here. So apparently we used your slogan for our idea? Well hate to break it to you but last time I checked, our slogan was "We have just one mission. Yours!" Or you suggest that we used your slogan to make our tag line to help keep TWA's vision alive from the past and into the future. Two issues here, 1) I didnt even know what your slogan was and had to look it up before I typed this response out and 2) we just uploaded a retro schedule going back to the glory days of TWA to go along with our modern and cargo schedules so yeah, we are trying to keep TWA's vision alive from past and future. Again nice try, but not buying that one. Then you decide to question our ribbons/awards. I hate to break it to you but we have been doing this program for a long time at TWVA. Look up the archives, we called it the Bottle Top Awards. But as we moved forward we wanted that to reflect more of a aviation scheme and went with medals that look like something you would see on a Captain or military officer in their blues. But to answer your question, we got them from the original author so they are his work colors and all. And wouldnt you know, its actually his artwork that you guys used so I dare you to present a copyright on someone else work, that will go over real well!In regards to your Eternal Wall complaint, do a quick look around the virtual community. Many airlines have eternal walls to acknowledge the works of the people who have help create the respected VA or done significant contributions. And whats this!? Many of them even call it their Eternal Wall. I guess they must have copied Eastern too. I mean heaven forbid we all actually put the same wording as you on our website. What were we all thinking!?!? And for the record if you look close, we called ours the Howard Hughes Eternal Wall to pay tribute to one of TWA's most instrumental figures. Has NOTHING to do with Eastern Virtual, but a place for us to retire pilot numbers of founders and early CEO's who helped carve our path in this community and wanted to give them the proper respect. I still find one of your silliest attacks was one of your lasts. You say you love how our VP mentions you in our forums and it must be ok since we are watching you so close. I just cant help but laugh here cause here you are quoting our forums and linking to our forums but yet we are the ones with a close eye on you!? LMAO Whatever helps you sleep better at night buddy. And if you really want to know, all that was mentioned is if former Eastern pilots who are with us now (imagine that) liked your new website, then we think you are going to like our website transformation. I'm sorry some of your pilots have found their way to us and liked it enough to stay. Dont know what to tell you there. But to close it out, I find it very ironic how the only 2 people you call out from my staff are the two that had any ties to Eastern. For someone who knows so much about us, I wonder who should really be questioning who here!? But you know what!? Instead of playing these little childish "he said she said" games I hear Eastern is so famous for, we are going to do what TWVA does best... have fun, enjoy flying, and continue on the traditions and spirit of the great TWA. Everyone have a good day!Charlie FordCEO of Operations and San Juan Manager
