  1. Unfortunately, the original e-mail was deleted some months ago since it was frustratingly doing nothing for me. I can't seem to get the link in the "preferences" page to resend a new validation e-mail to work either. Now matter how many times I tell it to resend a validation e-mail, and no matter how many times it tells me it has been sent, nothing is received. I have been trying to set up a ticket for months now and I'm pulling my hair out. Why does just talking to the help desk have to be so cumbersome?Thomas O'Brien
  2. Hi, I need to submit a ticket in the support portal. I was able to register, but when the validation email was received and sent back, I get an error page. I can log into the support page, but without the validation, I am unable to set up a ticket. I have tried to get another validation email sent to me from the preferences page, but even though it says that another validation email has been sent, nothing is received, even though the email is correct. Can somebody help me out here? Many thanks in advance.Thomas O'[email protected]
