Hi, I need to submit a ticket in the support portal. I was able to register, but when the validation email was received and sent back, I get an error page. I can log into the support page, but without the validation, I am unable to set up a ticket. I have tried to get another validation email sent to me from the preferences page, but even though it says that another validation email has been sent, nothing is received, even though the email is correct.
