  1. Hi all, I posted an enquiry that failed to get a response earlier, so I wandered around the Carenado site and found what might be a possible solution, but on making an enquiry to Carenado, I got a reply which I thought was a bit harsh and came back here!! The original issues were as follows: Running X-Plane 11 on Apple iMac with Carenado CT210_Centurion_II_v3.2 and VKB Gladiator joystick 1) Everything is good until brake release and I begin to taxi, it sounds as if there's a huge chain attached to the wheels. 2) Full power on take off gives a massive yaw (not real world P factor) and in the air, uncontrollable yaw and roll. Carenado's support site responded to a customer about the 2) problem on a different aircraft with the suggestion Open the aircraft.cfg file and search for the [flight_tuning] section. At the end of that sections add these lines:p_factor_on_yaw = 0.0torque_on_roll = 0.0gyro_precession_on_yaw =0.0gyro_precession_on_pitch =0.0 I mailed Carenado telling them I couldn't find a cfg in the X-Plane file and asked them where in the Xplane version do I make the alteration. They just told be to contact the forum. I felt it would have taken no longer to write the answer I needed as it did to write the rejection! Anyway, I'm hoping some in here might point me in the right direction! Many thanks in advance Jim
  2. Hi everybody, I'm hoping to find some advice on what I might be doing wrong here! I run X-Plane 11 on an Apple iMac and purchased the Carenado CT210_Centurion_II_v3.2 some time ago and only now getting 'round to trying it! I installed it as per instructions, and it starts up perfectly, but when I go to taxi, there's a horrible noise, as if I was dragging a heavy chain underneath the a/c. With a little patience I ignore it and try to take off, but when I get airborne, the a/c continues to roll and no amount of trying to fly straight and level will work. It will always go back to steep banking. At first I thought it was a new VKB Gladiator joystick might be the problem, but with their help I solved calibration problems, but the Centurion did not change in the slightest. Any thoughts? Many thanks in advance, best wishes
