He is also responsible for our flight validation. In collaboration with CEO take decisions on the positions of staff and the people who are.. HRM Human Resource Manager is responsible for the control of members and of entries.Also monitor how the rules are complied by the members of staff but also from the normal members of our company.Also he is fully responsible for the assistance of staff on the job. ED Events Director is responsible for the creation of new events as well as the administration of our tours. TD Trainning Director is responsible for all the trainning of our company,he have to train the new pilots about the websites and many other about our VA.Also he has the right to organise group trainnings for the VA. FM Fleet Manager is responsible for our aircraft and for our repaints creation. He have to paint all our new aircrafts as well as to administrate our repaints in collaboration with CEO and COO of our company. WM web Master is responsible to keep our website up and running.
