installed RAAS in bundle does not show up in drop down menu in truth have not taken the plane for a spin yet not sure if that matters [still in set up mode at the airport]

cannot get the control panel to operate just doing test with lbs and kg and in. and hg. and spoiler axis after switching between them hit apply then restart with same ac ; no change am I doing something wrong ?

cannot get it to work plane will not turn it is checked in the control panel I know I am doing something wrong additional info says fsx must be running in background and have to restart for changes to take effect have ( I think ) done all that any help appreciated thanks
