    Hi, if I was you I'd go for a i7 4790k plus a 970gtx, P3D is still very much CPU dependent, albeit not as much a FSX.
     
    Another option is a i5 4690k, plus 980gtx, use the money saved on the i5 and get a better GPU.
     
    Or go balls out 4790k + 980ti!
