Does anyone know of any software I can use to set what aircraft can be used as AI aircraft and set their flightplans. What I would like to do is set up the default Acceleration F/A 18 to be used as AI at the default military bases - anyone know how?

On my FSX where ever water meets land there are big black rectangles flashing all over the coastline.Does anyone know what these are and how to stop them?Thanks Bill, how can I fix the wave animation effect?

In my default FSX file I have two icons, they look exactly the same as the FSX desktop icon except it is a white plane on a grey background, not a blue one. When I double click on them a black rectangle box opens up, for about a second (looks the the .cmd box). Does anyone know, what these icons are for? Does FSX Gold Edition come with FSX, FS9, FS2000 and FS2002?

I have just started flying with VATSIM, but I'm having problems filing a flight plan. I use RouteFinder to get my flight plan, this is what I do:In departure I put EGFFIn destination I put EGLLI set the altitude to FL100And I get:EGFF (0.0nm) -SID-> ALVIN (29.5nm) -L9-> BADIM (35.9nm) -L9-> WOTAN (42.5nm) -L9-> MALBY (52.9nm) -L9-> SIREN (60.0nm) -L9-> MIMBI (66.9nm) -L9-> KENET (75.9nm) -STAR-> EGLL (113.2nmWhat do I have to do to put it into my flightplan.I use SquawkBox.

I recently used the free trial of Multi Crew Experience as it handled all my radio communications for me on long flights, then I didn't have to worry about my radar services being terminated, I'm not in position to buy the full version at the moment, but I can't use the free version again. Does anyone know of another program that will handle the radios for me or a way around not being able to use the free version?

If someone knows about the GPS 500 and approach hold could they please post some really clear instructions on how to use them. I can use the GPS for direct- to waypoint, but I'm not sure about the procedures for approach. I want to use it to land but I don't understand it. I also want to use the approach hold switch as well.
