  1. We are in 2012, Microsoft is one of the largest software companys in the world and have a lot of years experience in flight sims. When they dropped FS series and anounce Flight I was excited, really. FSX is big and good, but frankly, it looked oudated from release, almost the same that FS9. I understood that they needed to start from scratch and rewritte the full sim, that was necessary. It was time of big changes in graphics technologies. Do you remember that screenshots in FSX where they were selling us how well it would be looking when they enabled DX11 ? and so on...But... I just tryed this... and no, this is not what I was expecting. I really expected something far betther than this ( really far far far betther than this ). Something that you could think... ohh, yes, now I understand why they drop FS. But they bring us this. It has positive thigs... sure, but overall, for me, there is none in Flight that make me think this is a 2012 brand new game at all. Very low resolution textures, outdated cross 3D trees from 10 years ago games, not even bump mapping in the terrain, in a 2012 game? not trully 3D clouds? not clouds shadows in the terrain? really? O_oIn this link you can see some screenshots with really weird grahics for a new 2012 game:http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthread.php?t=30071&page=2I think this born graphically outdated and with a dumbed flight dinamics even in the realistic mode. Not to mention the sim as it is now is... small. Very small.I´m really starting to hate very much this recent fashion for dumbing all and making all freaking easy fool proof like if all were a console game for 3 years old kids now :(
