  1. flibinite's post in Full screen frame drop to 0.1 was marked as the answer   
    I don't recall the sweetfx removal procedure, it's posted elsewhere on Avsim I think, or on their web site/wiki. i had the same problem months ago using sweetfx with multiple monitors and had to remove it.
