  1. N2 only spooling to 18.1% on startup

    I have recently started flying the 737NGX for FSX after a few years of not flying and quite a few years of flying the FS9 version before that. When I tried to manually start the engines for the first time by following the excellent tutorial from Tom Risager they only spooled up to 18.1%, not enough to allow the engines to start. Any idea what I might be doing wrong? I know they have to get to at least 20% and preferably 25%. Any words of wisdom would be gratefully received.
