When I right-click the mouse, there is no share option to choose from

For some time now all my files in the community folder in fs2024 have been locket. The ,också comes back immediately as soon as I try unlock the encryption. Despite the help of a network technician and a computer literate person, the files remain locket. I want to reinstall ms2024 but first I must move all addons out of the community folder and it is not work. I suspekt that some windows update caused the error. Does anyone know and can help me? On Swedish: Jag har fått ett automatiskt svar från Support. Jag förstår inte på deras Support. När jag försöker logga in på deras supportportal måste jag välja ett nytt lösenord (password). När jag fyllt i och angett min mailadress för jag ett meddelande som säger att en annan person har min mailadress. Kjelle
