Hello guys I had intermittent pausing of the sim, for only a couple of seconds 3-5( pausing behaviour of Fsx). This also occurred with other aircraft and would occur frequently at pay ware airports like Orbx Moorabbin. I know it has already been suggested but my issue was completely resolved by going to Control panel. Hardware and sound. Manage audio devices. going to properties of my speakers and de selecting "allow applications to take exclusive control of this device," under the advanced tab. I know it won't work for everyone but it was a fix that certainly worked for me

you are right David upon further testing, when I flew the tutorial flight VRMM to OMDB, no freezing of the controls and screens at 950feet. It seems to be dependant on the route I put into the FMC. It seems PMDG tech are very aware of the problem and are fixing it.

okay guys are you getting this from the first initialisation?(the default panel state) I am going to do some test flights including cold and dark with the same route causing the problem and I am going to do the tutorial flight from cold and dark. I will get back with my findings.

when it is cold is there no initialisation countdown?, if you look on the outside of the aircraft is there no visible main gear? I had that same issue for the 300ER because I kept putting the wrong code in for the product activation. It did not tell me my code was wrong at activation.

I have kind of the same problem, hand flying though. At about 1500feet AGL my PFD and NAV screens freeze and my nose goes about 25 degrees up, can't control anything either, complete loss of control

Hello I have just installed the Sp1 for the 777 and purchased and installed the 300ER expansion. I performed a test flight around my Fly Tampa Dubai International airport pay ware scenery. When I do this I use the FMC to calculate my V speeds and trim. In order to obtain the V speeds I make a little route going direct from OMDB to DXB, the local VORDME. When I do this I get the magenta line. When I am given my V speeds from the FMC I notice that the magenta line disappears, upon further inspection it disappears precisely when I enter V2 my problem is, after take off at roughly 1500 feet AGL I lose control of the aircraft and all my screens in the cockpit freeze, altitude, speed and attitude stay the same even though I can see from outside the attitude of the aircraft is changing. The Nav screen also stays the same. No matter what I do I can't deflect the controls at all, there is no AP and AT switched on at all. because of my pitch up attitude the aircraft will typically just stall and fall out of the sky. I must reinforce that the game itself does not freeze at all, only the aircraft. I have also done the same test flight around YMML with ORBX scenery with exactly the same result. I can replicate this event every time I have installed the PMDG 777sp1 and 300ER as advised, following the instructions that have been set. I have also tried reinstalling the 777 and sp1 and the 300ER. I have tested and do not have this problem with the RTM 777

hello guys I am new to the forum and the ngx and I was just needed some clarification please. During tutorial 2 I was testing the cargo fire system, on the tutorial it states that after I push the master fire warn system to cancel the bell, The FWD, AFT, DETECTOR FAULT, EXTINGUISHER, and DISCH lights all stay illuminated. however I get the AFT, FWD, DISCH and green EXTINGUISHER lights but not the DETECTOR FAULT LIGHT in the right corner above the DISCH. I was just wondering if I have missed something or if that is normal. sorry if this has already been asked or is a stupid question, thank you.
