  1. Real Air Simulations-Excellent Customer Service

    I recently purchased the Lancair Legacy aircraft from Real Air Simulations and was having a problem with the installation ( turns out it was my fault after all) but I just wanted to express how good their customer service is. Rob from Real Air sent numerous emails to me to try and solve the installation problem. After two days, he solved the problem for me and he was determined to fix it. In this day and age, it's refreshing to find a small company that stands behind their product and stays with you until you are satisfied. By the way, their planes are great and probably the most realistic handling of any general aviation planes available. Tom palmer
