So pilots are always adjusting trim during climb? Even in large airliners?

So I need to trim down in order to compensate for the uncontrolled climb upwards?

Dear all, I purchased a new Saitek flight yoke but have found that once the plane has lift-off from the ground, the V/S increases so high that in order to have a normal climb, I need to have the yoke nearly pointed downwards. Does anyone know why this? Is there anyway to calibrate it so this does not occur?

Dear all, I have been trying to use the Wilco A380 v2 2D panel with the Project Airbus A380. I have tried a simple alias method, and when I do that, the gauges on the main panel appear blank. I have also tried David Chen's merge and the gauges remain blank. Has anyone been able to successfully merge these two? Thanks in advance.
