No sir they have a oily washed out texture similar to how oil looks on the road

I am having a s issue guys my clouds and general textures look absolutely awful at night i have tried everything including reinstalling windows as well as p3d , changing , calibrating my monitor and still the same issue i am absolutely desperate at this point as i cannot fly at night https://imgur.com/SA8pBAp https://imgur.com/A7gclnU https://imgur.com/rS45Id8 textures are fine in the day but at night that is exactly how they look just horrible
