  1. Windows 8 upgrade video driver problems

    I have an HP desktop with an I5. Video card is ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 series. I upgraded to windows 8 and I am having problems. Current video driver installed is 8.970. I install and use the AMD driver detect program and it says use AMD Catalyst 12.6 Legacy Driver for Windows 8. This runs the AMD Catalyst install manager. After 30 seconds I get the message Installation complete but with Warnings. When I view the warnings log, it says "This file does not gave a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or , if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel." How do I get this updated driver to install? Thanks!
