    You need to respond in some way so the plane knows you are there.
     
    Just click a button or move the yoke every now and then.
     
    You can disable this in the PMDG options

    USA-Atlanta is the busiest, but LAX, ORD are also major airports
    Caribbean-TJSJ is the busiest
    Russia- DME is again the main airport
    South Africa-Johanasburg

    Hong Kong-VHHH or Kai Tak (closed)
    India-Delhi
    Pakistan-not sure
