  1. Exactly! The 3D grass is a tad much, and clearly it's not friendly to frames. I'll try turning that off and see if it does anything.
  2. Hi all. With the recent sale at FlightSimStore.com, I bought several more ORBX PNW packages, all of which looked great. KORS is fantastic and as good on framerates as 3W5 and 1S2, but it seems like Harvey Field and Jefferson County just destroy my framerates. I'm seeing as low as 8-12 FPS, even with a high-end system that runs the rest of the PNW region airports perfectly. Jefferson is exceptionally bad; even though the airport is very simple and even after turning off some of the extra "eye candy," flying within a ten mile radius of it is like watching a slideshow. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any ideas what it could be? Thanks, and happy flying! Noah
  3. Ah, I see. Do I need to hold any other key while pressing A or do I need to click on anything?
  4. I've been a loyal user of FS2004 for many years, but since addon companies have begun to drop support for the older sim, I bit the bullet and upgraded computers so that I can run FSX. I love it! One thing is bothering me though. There are tons of awesome cameras available from the dropdown menu at the top of the screen, but they seem to by default open into those awful little window boxes. How does one add a view from the dropdown list, say a tailcone view, to the regular full-screen view list (i.e. spot, tower view, etc.) Thanks a lot, and happy simming! Noah
