    This was discussed in the BETA and based on the input from our Flight Crew Tech team,  we opted not to model the TAC fail on Severe damage as our Severe damage model does not cause loss of the EEC which is what triggers that failure as you discussed.  EEC's are extremely difficult to model in FSX due to the lack of an actual turbine model so a lot of it has to be built from the ground up and has a lot of limitations.   Thanks for the input however.
