  1. No UTX but have finally solved the problem after much research. All the videos I had ever seen of FSX showed road traffic everywhere so thats what I expected to see when I first flew. However Ive now found out that there is only traffic on certain roads, which I was finally able to find after flying around different countries.Theres no disclaimer on the product when you buy it,so for newbees like me when you dont see any traffic the first time you fly FSX you naturally think somethings wrong.Oh well ,as the saying goes',never asume it make an &@($* out of you & me !
  2. Well I finally put down my landing gear & moved up to FSX from FS9.I followed all the tips I could find for installation.Fsx is up & running but I have NO ROAD TRAFFIC.Even with the slider at max there is not a car insight. What have I done wrong.Has anyone had this problem after installing FSX ? I am running windows 7 on a 64bit high end computer.
  3. Calling all desk-top pilots, please help! When I start FS9 I get the following error message: "Scenery.cfg File Error. C:/Documents and Settings\Kim\My Documents\Flight Sim Downloads\EKRN\Scenery in Area 171 not found" Error messages like this I can usually correct but here is why I am so confused: I had made no changes to the Flight Sim prior to this error message appearing. I keep nothing in my Downloads folder, once scenery and aircraft have been installed in the Flight Sim on the D Drive the downloads folder is emptied. EKRN refered to in the error message is the airport code for Ronne, Denmark; however, Area 171 in the scenery.cfg file is held by Porto Alegre in Brazil. This all seems completely contradictory to me; has anyone ever come across error messages like this before and, if so, can you offer any possible reasons as to why this might have occurred? Cheers Kim
