Here is a video of the updated A320 in P3D V4. It's different from low cockpit textures but this should give you a different look. But it's your decision.
Use "E" and then the engine you want to control "1 or 2".
Here's how I would do it.
You have an Engine Failure on Nr. 2.
Establish the aircraft, Disable autothrottle, Press "E 2" then "F1", and then you regain control of the remaining engine "E 1"
As much as we accept new people in the forums, It gets quite tiring to see the same question every single day. Even ones that were discussed ages ago (Literally).
