    Thank you ronzie this gave me an idea! What I have done is I went to AFCAD and typed in RPLL. When I pressed open new afcad, I clicked "From a specific file". That specific file led me directly to the corrupted scenery file AP980260.bgl in the Asia scenery file. I went through each disc and found the scenery folder on the fs2004 discs (I forget which one). I replaced the AP980260.bgl file from the disc to the scenery folder in fs2004. When I loaded my default RPLL all my problems disappeared. I added my add-on scenery back and the flight planner still kept working!(I will post a screen shot later)

    Thx guys I went on afcad and deleted the runways and it worked
