Yeah, I had 3 drives fail in a month :( Everything is backed up to NAS and OneDrive now.

Thanks for the reply, sorry about the signature I thought that was just for customers posting in the support forum, I have fixed that now. That sounds fine to me, just previously I had spent quite a bit of money on some train sim addons from a certain company (that have now ceased trading), lost them all when my backups failed and was then asked to pay full price for all of them again. Can't wait for FSX:SE support to be added so I can start flying the 777.

Hey, I was looking at getting the 777 and Freighter expansion once they're working with FSX:SE. However I read somewhere (either Steam forums) that you only allow your customers to download the installer once and if that is then lost they have to pay full price again. Can you confirm or deny this as I really want to get the 777 but if I can't download my purchases again then I'll have to give it a miss.
