when Approach Brief was completed, FO should run his Descend Flow. but can't be on the display panel to see <-Descent Flow-> .

I have a problem with my FS2CREW 777. According to the manual, when Approach Brief was completed, FO should run his Descend Flow. But sometime my FO does not do that. Anyone know what is the problem?
